Questions about Velin Bendable Double Ceiling Curtain Track

How do I measure my window?+

Measure the width and drop you want the curtains to cover, then contact our team if you are unsure about the header or track position. We confirm the final measurements before production.

Can I order fabric swatches?+

Yes. Request a swatch set through the contact page and compare the weave, weight and colour in your own light before ordering.

What lining should I choose?+

Choose a light-filtering lining for soft daylight, or a blackout lining for bedrooms and media rooms. Our team can advise based on the fabric and the amount of light in the room.

When will my order arrive?+

Production and delivery times depend on the fabric and order size. The current estimate is shown at checkout or confirmed by our team before production begins.
