Welcome to TWOPAGES CURTAINS. The website https://twopagescurtains.ltd is operated by Mangshi Renxuan Department Store, referred to in these Terms as “TWOPAGES CURTAINS”, “we”, “us” or “our”. These Terms govern your use of the website and purchases from us. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility and account information

By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery and order information and to keep your account credentials secure.

2. Products and made-to-measure orders

We make curtains, shades and window hardware to the measurements and options confirmed with you. Please check window width, drop, fabric, colour, header, lining, quantity and delivery details before approving production. Small variations in colour, weave, texture and appearance can occur between screens, dye lots and finished products.

Where a product is made according to measurements or options supplied by you, a later change of preference or an error in information supplied by you is not normally a manufacturing defect. This does not affect rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed products.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it. We may decline or cancel an order where information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the affected amount.

4. Prices and payment

Prices, currencies, taxes, shipping charges and available payment methods are shown on the website or at checkout. We may correct pricing or listing errors before an order is accepted. Payment providers may apply their own terms and security checks.

5. Shipping and risk

Production and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly provide a guaranteed commitment. Risk in the products passes in accordance with applicable law and the delivery terms shown at checkout.

6. Returns, refunds and defects

Our Refund Policy explains the rules for changes, cancellations, damaged or incorrect deliveries, manufacturing defects and refunds. Those terms form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

The website, brand materials, photographs, text, graphics and product presentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit its content without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or submit false, abusive or unlawful content. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the store, customers or service providers.

9. Responsibility and liability

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under these Terms and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase was made or that were caused solely by your misuse of a product or the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, defective products or infringement of consumer rights.

10. Events beyond reasonable control

Exceptional events beyond reasonable control may affect production or delivery. If such an event affects your order, we will communicate available information and take reasonable steps to reduce its impact. This section does not remove any remedy required by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people’s court at the place of registration of Mangshi Renxuan Department Store. Please contact support first so we can attempt to resolve the concern.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The revised version will show an updated date and will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an order already placed unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
