Production begins after payment and final measurements are confirmed. Dispatch and transit estimates depend on the fabric, order size and destination.

Made-to-measure items are not returnable for a change of mind. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within seven days of delivery.

MANUFACTURING DETAILS +

Cut and finished to the measurements confirmed with you. Natural fabrics may show slight variation in weave and tone.

What lining should I choose?+

Choose a light-filtering lining for soft daylight, or a blackout lining for bedrooms and media rooms. Our team can advise based on the fabric and the amount of light in the room.
